WHAT PEOPLE SAY
from Birth works (April 2019)
I organised a class with Yuki to learn about making water Kefir in April this year.
It was such fun and Yuki made it all seem so easy. She took us through the whole process and gave some great ideas of how to favour and store the grains. She brought everything, including the grains and a step by step guide, with her so all I had to do was invite people and provide the venue. Within a couple of hours we had gone through the whole method and learned some valuable tips.
I loved every minute and am still going strong with the Kefir. My family all drink it and mostly enjoy it (and if they don’t love it they drink it anyway for the health benefits - due to some effective brainwashing on my behalf).
If the idea of brewing your own Water Kefir appeals to you but you find the whole idea of starting something new with little knowledge is a little overwhelming, then an afternoon with Yuki is well worth the investment. I love it!
Thank you Yuki for being so lovely and making a new skill so accessible! Everyone should have a go!

Yuki was the guest speaker at a wellness weekend I attended in November. She is an absolute wealth of knowledge, she spoke to us about water kefir, kombucha and foraging.
Yuki makes it simple and practical to be able to include these fermented drinks into our lifestyle.
Thank you for getting me started on my fermentation journey.... next foraging.
