  •  Work with you on your nutrition and weight health goals

  •  Include 2 macronutrients analysis by a 3-day period food diary log

  •  Nutrition Analysis made in week 1 and week 3, assessing improvements

  •  Analyse and make nutritional food suggestions to work with your goals

  •  Advise on preparing food, how to shop and understanding food labels

  •  Advise tasty and healthy food alternatives

  •  Include lifestyle choice suggestions to work toward your goal

This will be held as 6 x 1-hour sessions (online) over 6 weeks

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Health questionnaire

Through a series of questions we establish health goals. You record a three day food diary for me to analyse your current nutritional values.

Analysis and implementation

We go through my findings on your existing nutrients analysis and I suggest ways to balance and improve nutrient intake, advise on cooking food.

Follow up and support

We check in to see how improvements have been made. I make lifestyle suggestions for better health and advise on ways to keep health goals sustainable.
